Insurance Details

Alex Ozon Therapy offers direct billing to most insurance providers.

Depending on your insurance provider, online counselling services may be covered partially or in full. Please contact your provider before your first appointment to confirm whether counselling therapists are covered by your plan.

If your insurance company doesn’t allow for direct billing, a digital receipt will be provided to you to submit yourself. If you’re new to this process, I’d be happy to provide any support you may need to submit receipts on your own.

Session frequency is flexible and is up to each individual client. Many clients begin with weekly or biweekly appointments and gradually reduce to more occasional sessions as their needs change.
