Alex is a Registered Counselling Therapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She works with adults navigating a variety of issues using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches. Alex is committed to creating a warm, collaborative space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered in their healing process.
