A Trauma-Informed Approach to Therapy

My approach is grounded in respect, compassion, and collaboration. I recognize that each person’s experiences, relationships, culture, and community connections shape their healing journey.

Counselling is a space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace, build greater understanding of yourself, and develop tools to support your mental wellness.
